• Conduct individual counseling sessions through secure video chat, ensuring ethical and compassionate engagement with clients.

As a therapist, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No disciplinary actions or limited/provisional licenses will be accepted.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong empathy, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient computer literacy and technology-savviness to navigate our digital platform seamlessly.

While not mandatory, prior experience in remote counseling or teletherapy is desirable. Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and tools can greatly enhance your efficiency in this role.
