We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Agents. As a contractor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients' customers via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

- Document all customer interactions in the designated system

- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
