Senior Technology Analyst
Duties:
Maintain a portfolio of multiple hardware and/or software technologies, products, and/or processes including standards of use, life cycles, and product evaluation and integration. Develop and maintain an in-depth pool of technical advice and expertise to provide information and guidance of the infrastructure assigned. Provide guidance and training to less experience staff.

Required Skills and Abilities:
Extensive knowledge of a variety of information technology products and solutions. Excellent research, customer service, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail. Good judgment. Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the IT organization. Ability to lead and mentor less experienced staff. Required Software and Other Tools: Microsoft Office. Software and tools will vary based on the technologies supported. Work Environment: Fast paced, multi-platformed environment which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer.

Team Name: End User Platform Services End User Platform Services is a highly technical team that owns and evolves local and remote end user services, including Citrix, VDI, VPN, Intune, network printing, and physical workstations. For senior engineers, this role offers more than operationsโ€”you'll help shape platform strategy and long-term technical vision, translating business capabilities into scalable standards and roadmap initiatives.
Required Technologies:
โ€ข Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (On Prem & Cloud) XenApp/XenDesktop, NetScaler, StoreFront, Windows Server, Active Directory, HA, performance tuning, and security
โ€ข Secure Remote Access / Zero Trust Zscaler (or equivalent), VPN technologies, and migration from legacy remote access models
โ€ข VDI & Endpoint Platforms Windows workstation platforms, VDI integration, and cross platform dependency awareness
โ€ข Enterprise Networking & Security Integration Firewalls, certificates, TLS, access controls, traffic routing, and security tooling as they impact endpoints and remote access
