• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong, supportive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss treatment outcomes, and plan for discharge when appropriate.
• Create and oversee person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, regularly monitoring and adjusting them as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes in accordance with organizational standards.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand the needs and challenges faced by new clients.

The ideal LPC will work with a varied outpatient population, including adults, children, and families facing diverse mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Proficiency in various computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, email platforms (like Outlook), and relevant RMS systems such as PIMSY.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, with additional incentives available.
