What is remote computer repair?

Remote computer repair is a service where a technician accesses a customer's computer over the internet to diagnose and fix software-related issues without needing to be physically present. This is accomplished by using secure remote access software, allowing the technician to control the computer as if they were sitting in front of it. Remote computer repair is commonly used for troubleshooting, virus removal, software installation, and general system maintenance.
