• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain an in-depth understanding of each client's mental health concerns, utilizing standardized assessment tools.
• Develop individualized treatment plans centered around evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of each student.
• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions to students via our teletherapy platform, ensuring that all sessions are fully compliant with HIPAA regulations.
• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with your clients and consistently monitor their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation following ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring that client records remain up-to-date and are easily accessible.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss progress, share insights, and develop best practices in delivering mental health care.

Your primary focus will be on students in school settings, providing them with critical support during their formative years. Your work will directly impact their academic performance, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life. You will engage with a diverse group of students, catering to varying backgrounds and mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related issues.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• You must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in your state, with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proven experience in clinical social work practice, including skillful assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and a strong comfort level with computer systems necessary for maintaining client information.

• Prior experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with specific mental health issues that affect school-aged children.
• Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities for youth, particularly in a remote format, is a plus.

We offer a competitive annual salary between USD 120,000 and 130,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
