• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a safe and comforting environment for clients.
• Implement evidence-based, solution-focused treatment methodologies tailored to each client’s unique situation and need.
• Design and maintain individualized treatment plans that align with clinical best practices and client goals.
• Facilitate insights into clients’ experiences, feelings, and interpersonal relationships to promote self-awareness and growth.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients’ progress throughout their treatment journey, adapting strategies as needed to enhance coping skills and emotional resilience.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. By providing tailored support, you will help clients develop essential skills that lead to a better quality of life and foster their overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license that allows for independent practice. We seek candidates who hold one of the following credentials:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist
• No limited or provisional license; no disciplinary actions against your credentials.
• Strong interpersonal skills, combined with a compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Proficient computer skills, along with the necessary equipment (computer with webcam and audio capabilities) for remote counseling.
• A reliable internet connection to conduct uninterrupted sessions.

• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and various mental health concerns.
• Familiarity with digital counseling platforms and virtual therapy best practices.
• A proven track record of developing and implementing effective treatment plans.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with hours worked.
