• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, creating a safe and welcoming space for clients to explore their feelings and experiences.
• Utilize a solution-oriented approach to assess clients’ mental health conditions and collaboratively develop actionable treatment plans based on clinical best practices.
• Facilitate discussions that promote self-awareness and insight into personal relationships, guiding clients in defining their mental health goals.
• Act as a steadfast advocate for clients, ensuring that they feel heard and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Regularly monitor each client's progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize their mental health outcomes.

Our clients are primarily stable individuals who experience low-acuity mental health conditions. Each client is prescreened to ensure they are a good fit for teletherapy and can effectively engage in the therapeutic process. Your role will involve working closely with these individuals, offering insightful and constructive feedback that supports their ongoing development and healing.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• An active and independent license from the state board as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to make informed evaluations and decisions for client treatment planning.
• Strong interpersonal skills paired with a compassionate and understanding demeanor.
• Proficiency with computer systems and digital communication tools to facilitate remote therapy sessions.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in diverse therapeutic modalities, particularly in teletherapy settings, will be highly regarded. Familiarity with mental health assessment tools and client management software is also advantageous in delivering effective therapeutic services.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, depending on your experience and the caseload you manage. In addition to the attractive compensation package, we provide:
