• Conduct engaging and ethical video counseling sessions with clients, ensuring a safe space for open dialogue.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Develop, implement, and periodically adjust individualized treatment plans to facilitate client growth and achievement of therapeutic goals.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotions, thoughts, and relationship dynamics, fostering personal development.
• Monitor client progress throughout treatment, adapting strategies and techniques for healthy coping mechanisms.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily support stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Through respectful and empathetic engagement, you will help clients navigate their mental health journey, fostering hope and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in a relevant counseling discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current state-issued license to practice independently as a mental health counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist).
• Documentation indicating no limited/provisional status or disciplinary actions affecting licensure.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Strong proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Possession of a computer with a webcam and audio capabilities to facilitate video therapy sessions.
• A stable and reliable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted client interactions.

• Experience providing virtual counseling services is a plus, particularly within the realm of teletherapy.
• Familiarity with a variety of treatment modalities that cater to diverse client needs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a clinical caseload effectively while maintaining high standards of care.

• Competitive salary range between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually based on hours worked and experience level.
• Weekly direct deposit for seamless payment.
• For full-time counselors, a monthly healthcare stipend will be provided to support personal wellness.
