Future Workforce Strategy Enablement Team Fall Intern

We're currently recruiting a student for our Fall 2026 Future Workforce Strategy Enablement Team . This internship position will allow you to dive deep into the world of Learning Experience Design (LXD) and find a career path that truly inspires you. Here, you will apply your education to solve real-world learning challenges, turning theory into practice. At Siemens, our goal is to empower our students to become the next leaders and innovators within our company.

What you'll be doing:

As a Future Workforce Strategy Enablement Intern, you'll be an integral part of our Learning Experience Design, contributing to the creation of engaging and effective learning solutions for our future global workforce. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Research & Design Thinking: Assisting with research and workshops focused on the Design Thinking methodology to uncover learner needs and inform innovative learning solutions.
  • AI Agent Development Support: Contributing to the development and refinement of AI agents designed to enhance learning experiences.
  • Learner Research: Conducting learner research, which may include, but is not limited to, designing and distributing surveys, conducting interviews, and analyzing feedback to understand learning preferences and challenges.
  • Content Development Support: Collaborating on the development of various learning materials and assets, ensuring they are engaging, relevant, and aligned with LXD best practices.
  • Project & Stakeholder Support: Assisting team members with project coordination, stakeholder communication, and operational administration for various future workforce initiatives.
  • Ideation & Innovation: Actively participating in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh perspectives and creative ideas to the table to continuously improve our learning offerings.

Baseline Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Pursuing a degree in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Solid research skills: Ability to gather, synthesize, and present information effectively.
  • Focused and detail-oriented: Meticulous in your work, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Independent, flexible, proactive, and self-organized: Eager to take initiative, adapt to changing priorities, and manage your time effectively.
  • Creativity and a willingness to ideate: Not afraid to think outside the box and contribute innovative solutions.

The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The hourly pay range for this position 18 - 50 per hour, based off of your projected graduation year. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location. Additionally, interns for Siemens are eligible to contribute into our 401K program.
