• This position is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the convenience of your home in Phoenix, Arizona.

• You will be using a dedicated counselor portal that simplifies case management, including client tracking and treatment documentation.

• Deliver high-quality mental health counseling via video chat while ensuring ethical standards of practice are maintained.
• Facilitate meaningful dialogues that help clients gain insights into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.
• Employ evidence-based treatment modalities to address individual client needs, documenting progress systematically.
• Create personalized treatment plans that consider the unique circumstances of each client, adjusting as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

As a Remote Teletherapy Specialist, you will be working with a diverse clientele ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges. Your role will involve helping clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other common mental health conditions. Your ability to build rapport and nurture trust is essential in facilitating their healing journey, particularly in a virtual environment.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field (such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology).
• Possession of a current, state-issued license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, accompanied by a compassionate approach to client interactions.
• Strong proficiency in computer literacy, including experience with teletherapy platforms.
• A reliable computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities to facilitate video sessions, supplemented by a dependable internet connection.

• Previous experience in a teletherapy setting is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to embrace remote counseling.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.
• Experience in developing engaging treatment materials suited for virtual therapy.

• An attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, dependent on experience.
