• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, providing a safe and confidential environment for clients to share their thoughts and feelings.
• Guide clients in discussing their emotional experiences, fostering open communication to build a therapeutic alliance.
• Assist clients in setting, tracking, and achieving their therapeutic goals to enhance their mental wellness.
• Identify potential barriers to recovery, aiding clients in addressing and overcoming challenges throughout their treatment journey.
• Provide expert advice on coping strategies and techniques to promote resilience and self-management.
• Regularly monitor and assess client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

You will primarily serve stable adults experiencing varying levels of psychological and emotional challenges. Our patients seek a reliable, understanding partner in their mental health journey. All clients are pre-screened to ensure they are suitable for remote therapy, focusing on low-acuity cases allowing for constructive, meaningful engagements.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must hold an active, unrestricted license to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and possess strong interpersonal skills to foster trustworthy relationships.
• Computer literacy is essential, as you will utilize an online platform for client management and session deliveries.

• Experience in telehealth services or remote counseling is a plus.
• Familiarity with diverse mental health issues and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• A track record of successful client engagement and therapeutic effectiveness.
