As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized counseling sessions via video chat, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Facilitating discussions around emotions and past experiences, empowering clients to gain insights that enhance their self-awareness and improve their relationships.
• Acting as an advocate for your clients, helping them define clear and achievable goals for their mental health journey.
• Evaluating clients' mental health conditions, creating and implementing tailored treatment plans utilizing solution-focused methodologies grounded in your clinical experience.

Your clients consist of stable adults with low acuity mental health issues, ensuring a manageable caseload that allows for meaningful therapeutic engagements. Each client is carefully screened prior to scheduling an appointment, ensuring that you work with individuals who are likely to benefit most from your expertise. We also prioritize alignment with your specialties and demographic preferences to enhance the therapeutic relationship.

In order to be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Full licensure to practice independently without supervision, valid within the state, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses, nor any disciplinary actions on record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a sympathetic disposition towards clients.
• Proficiency in computer usage for accessing our therapy platform and other relevant tools.

While not mandatory, experience in remote counseling environments and familiarity with digital therapy platforms will enhance your ability to integrate seamlessly into our workflow. We seek professionals who are adept at utilizing technology to optimize client interactions.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, depending on your working hours and availability. In addition to a robust salary, the following benefits are offered:
