Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Recruiter position for our client.

Join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team where you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for professional, technical, and business roles. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building strong hiring manager relationships, and enjoys proactively sourcing top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and other recruiting platforms.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid Remote)

Duration: 6 months

Pay Range: $35.00 - $50.00/hour

Duties:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define recruiting strategies, and establish timelines.
  • Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct behavioral, competency-based, and skills-based phone screenings and interviews.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition updates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide hiring managers with market intelligence, hiring trends, and competitive talent insights.
  • Develop relationships with technical schools, colleges, universities, and community organizations to support recruiting initiatives.
  • Support employer branding efforts and continuous improvement projects within Talent Acquisition.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition expertise.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and social media.
  • Experience building talent pipelines for multiple business functions.
  • Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
