Labcorp is seeking a US based remote Senior Director, Health System & Connectivity to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

This externally focused leadership role drives enterprise commercial and digital strategies that enable provider and health system clients to choose Labcorp as their preferred laboratory partner while expanding Specialty Diagnostics adoption and revenue growth.

The Senior Director leads cross-functional efforts to align IT, product, and commercial objectives with digital business strategies that elevate Labcorp's brand, strengthen external client relationships, accelerate provider conversion to specialty testing, and grow health system business through integrated EMR and portal experiences. This role serves as a strategic liaison between external clients, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities that drive revenue growth, client retention, and market expansion. They work closely with external clients, health systems, and provider organizations to translate client needs into business priorities and digital solutions.

  • Lead development of a multi-year digital and commercial growth strategy for Specialty Diagnostics across commercial health systems.

  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify, pursue, and expand strategic opportunities that increase specialty testing volume and revenue growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, health system executives, provider leadership, and EHR vendors.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and senior leadership by translating technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

  • Support business development and sales efforts through executive client meetings, presentations, proposals, and account planning.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Client Services teams to develop go-to-market strategies.

  • Drive EMR and portal integration strategies that improve provider workflows and increase diagnostic utilization.

  • Identify new revenue opportunities through digital innovation and strategic client engagement.

  • Provide input on budget planning and forecasting future revenue opportunities.

  • Partner with commercial teams to retain, grow, and acquire strategic health system accounts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 8 or more years of experience in healthcare technology, product management, business development, consulting, or digital health sales.

  • 8 or more years of experience with commercial teams, clients, and provider organizations.

  • 8 or more years of experience supporting revenue growth, consultative selling, or strategic account management.

Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree

  • Ability to develop executive-level client relationships.

Pay Range:$190k - $220k annually (USD)

All job offers will bebased on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicabledegrees/certifications,as well as internal equity and market data.

The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers. Compensation may also include discretionary short- and long-term incentive packages.

Benefits:Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.Employees who are regularly scheduled toworka 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
