The Support Practice Group is a large and growing group of diverse technical staff providing a broad range of technology support in various industry verticals as part of Kraft Kennedy's managed services offerings.
This part-time paid Intern position will work closely with co-workers, senior technical staff and other support staff in this collaborative, highly active, engaging environment. The position is remote.
We are hiring for the following schedules:
  • 1 position-Monday-Friday, 10am to 5pm eastern (29 total hours)
  • 2 positions-Monday-Thursday, 11am to 7pm eastern (28 total hours)

There is some flexibility with the schedule.
You must live in the Denver, Colorado area to be eligible for this position.
Responsibilities

• You will be required to learn about client environments and various technologies used therein
• You will work on environments utilizing the full breadth of cloud and on premise technology used in the legal industry, including cloud solutions from Microsoft, Mimecast, NetDocuments, etc
• You will work closely with infrastructure and networking equipment from vendors such as Microsoft, Broadcom, and Cisco, etc
• Tickets are assigned or scheduled by the on-duty dispatcher
• You will be required to learn about our C.L.I.E.N.T. service pillars efforts and incorporate them into your ongoing work. The pillars are that we are Communicative, Listener, Initiative, Empathic, Nimble, and Tenacious.
Requirements
• Rising Sophomore or Junior in college
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interest in technology and related college major
• Very organized and detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and follow up

• Some experience with Windows desktop or server operating systems is preferred

CompensationThe base pay for this position has an hourly rate of $17.00. The offer will take in to account a wide range of factors.
