This position offers the flexibility of remote work while being integrated within a supportive community health clinic framework.

Our mission is to serve individuals navigating various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to substance use disorders. Work Environment

Our work environment is structured to promote mental wellness and support among our therapists. As a remote facility, we leverage advanced telehealth technologies to ensure our therapists can effectively engage with clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to deliver effective treatment to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Lead psychoeducational and support groups, creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences while providing education on mental health topics and coping strategies.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure continuity and coherence in patient care, sharing insights and strategies that promote holistic healing.
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring immediate and compassionate support during times of mental health emergencies.
  • Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources, facilitating informed decision-making regarding their care.
  • Maintain precise and confidential patient documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure accurate tracking of treatment progress.
  • Actively participate in ongoing professional development through attendance at workshops, webinars, and networking opportunities, enhancing both personal and team knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.
