Job Description Summary:

As a CRM Implementation & Commercial Technology Strategy Intern at Breakthru, you will gain practical experience in how large organizations design and implement sales technology platforms, ensuring these tools align with real-world sales workflows.
This internship will primarily focus on supporting the Field Feedback Council, a team of market sales leaders and representatives who contribute to CRM design, priorities, and rollout planning. The intern will assist in collecting process documentation, gathering insights from frontline users, analyzing feedback trends, and transforming those insights into actionable recommendations for the CRM planning team.
This position is ideal for students with an interest in business strategy, technology, sales operations, consulting, or product management.

Job Description:

This is a 10-week full time remote summer role, but you must reside within a Breakthru Beverage market.

Job Responsibilities:

During the internship, you will gain exposure to:

  • How companies design and implement CRM platforms

  • How sales teams use technology in the field

  • How organizations incorporate customer and user feedback into product decisions

  • Cross-functional collaboration between business, product, and IT teams

  • Strategic planning and executive communication

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing aMaster of Business Administration(MBA) with a focus inBusiness, Economics, Information Systems,Strategy, or a related field

  • Strong interest in business strategy, sales operations, consulting, or technology

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities

  • Comfortable organizing information and identifying key insights

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including in remote environments

  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, or data analysis tools
