• Conduct compassionate and ethical individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring client privacy and comfort.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment methodologies to address the diverse needs of clients.
• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that target specific client goals while continually monitoring and adjusting approaches based on client progress.
• Facilitate client insights regarding their experiences, emotions, and relational dynamics, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Assist clients in creating effective coping strategies to manage their mental health symptoms and life challenges.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low acuity adults presenting a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and other mood-related disorders. Your work aims to empower these individuals to enhance their quality of life through therapeutic interventions and skill development.

• A master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline: Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued license permitting independent practice. License types accepted include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted; applicants must be fully licensed without disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with teletherapy platforms and online documentation systems.
• A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities capable of supporting virtual therapy sessions.
• Dependable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted client sessions.

• Experience in providing therapeutic services to adults within an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with online counseling tools and platforms to ensure a seamless virtual experience for clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
