They may help troubleshoot network issues, configure hardware and software, monitor network performance, and document technical processes. Interns often learn about network security, protocols, and remote management tools while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking practical exposure to networking concepts without needing to be physically present in an office.

You'll likely participate in regular team meetings, contribute to group problem-solving, and may be paired with a mentor for guidance. This environment helps build both your technical skills and your ability to communicate effectively in a distributed team setting.
