Job description

Overview
Unlimited Instruction (UI) is seeking a dynamic recruiter who has a passion for supporting K-12 students. In this role, you'll work to provide teacher shortage solutions to districts and UI clients.
University Instructors partners with schools to provide students with purposeful learning experiences led by inspirational educators. **This is a W-2 Assignment Based Role **
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll:
  • Provide strategies and perform sourcing activities to attract talent as well as build and maintain robust candidate pools
  • Receive and screen all applications
  • Phone screen applicants who may fit needs for programs
  • Perform interviews
  • Assist all screened and interviewed candidates through onboarding process
  • Use applicant tracking system daily to track assignments and manage candidate onboarding activities
  • Complete training as assigned
  • Build and maintain systems to monitor progress and ensure balls aren't dropped
  • Deliver sourced talent for active programs to managers and clients on time
  • Follow standard operating procedures that have been defined by UI
  • Communicate and meet regularly with your supervisor to update them on progress, potential problems, and program concerns
  • Collaborate with team members and clients
  • Complete other duties as required and assigned

Knowledge and Skills
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
  • The ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong ability to work both independently with little supervision and collaboratively as part of a team
  • A growth mindset and personal responsibility

Qualifications
As a successful applicant, you must have a passion for advocating for and helping students succeed. Additionally, you will need to:
  • Hold a bachelor's degree AND
  • Demonstrate the following, or any similar combination of education and experience: 1) At least 2 years of sourcing and recruiting experience AND 2) At least 2-3 years of experience working in a K-12 educational setting

Compensation
$33 per hour contract rate/ Clients supported in multiple timezones/ Up to 35 hours a week
