The primary purpose is to independently validate business line adherence to applicable broker-dealer regulations, including but not limited to FINRA Rules and other regulations derived from the Investment Company Act of 1940 or Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as applicable state regulations of broker-dealers.

  • Ensure all tasks and reporting are completed within established timeframes, in accordance with the programโ€™s test plan.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources and systematically document work and testing results.
  • Identify and properly classify any test findings; manage and track those findings to ensure the business owner remediates the issue.
  • Perform validation and sustainability reviews/testing to confirm that findings have been fully addressed.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with relevant Compliance Officers and Business Areas.

What Youโ€™ll Need

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree.
  • At least 5โ€“8 years of compliance testing or auditing experience, specifically within financial services or a regulated banking institution.
  • Solid regulatory subject matter expertise with trading/brokerage operations and investment management.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with investment advisor operations, alongside their applicable laws and regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay Range: $86,400.00 - $162,000.00
  • Payment Frequency: Annual
