• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies to ensure accurate diagnostics.
• Create personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique experiences and recovery goals, incorporating evidence-based practices and client feedback.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, applying a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with other team members to provide integrated care, participating in regular case conferences and team meetings.
• Educate and support clients' families, fostering their involvement in the therapeutic process and equipping them with practical tools to contribute positively to their loved ones' recovery.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records, adhering to regulatory and ethical standards to protect client privacy.

Our clinic serves a wide demographic encompassing adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various psychological disorders. The Emotional Intelligence Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
