This full-time position is a remote telehealth opportunity, allowing you to provide services from the comfort of your home while maintaining a balance between your professional and personal life. Our telehealth setting utilizes state-of-the-art technologies that facilitate seamless communication and therapy sessions between counselors and clients, ensuring that care is always accessible and effective.

• Supervise clinical care for patients, maintaining proficiency and adherence to clinical standards.
• Facilitate individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of patients, conducting thorough assessments as required, and documenting treatment progress meticulously.
• Manage a diverse caseload, addressing a broad range of psychological needs and utilizing advanced clinical skills for effective counseling.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and their families to identify suitable psychological interventions, collaborating closely with clients to develop and implement resolution plans.
• Exhibit expert skills in crisis management, applying therapeutic interventions efficiently to navigate complex situations.
• Deliver personalized counseling services including individual, couple, or family therapy while making referrals to specialized professionals when necessary to ensure comprehensive support.
• Assess the needs of patients and providers in primary care settings to formulate effective psychological service plans, with ongoing evaluations to monitor progress and adapt to changing needs.
• Perform mental health evaluations as part of the care strategy, documenting findings in the care structure.
• Create and maintain detailed strategy outlines, progress summaries, and necessary revisions, while also providing supportive educational resources for patients and families.

Your primary focus will involve working with a wide spectrum of clients facing various psychological complexities. Whether providing therapy to teenagers navigating anxiety or assisting adults coping with depression, you will leverage your skills to foster resilience in those you serve. The telehealth platform allows you to reach individuals who may have previously faced barriers to accessing mental health services, creating a more inclusive approach to care delivery.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
• Current and valid licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting working directly with a diverse client population.
• Experience with telehealth service delivery and virtual patient engagement techniques is highly preferred.

• A sign-on bonus of up to $1,500.
• Flexible scheduling options allowing you to manage between 5-40 hours per week based on your availability.
• Competitive hourly rates for part-time therapists, along with performance-based bonuses totaling up to an additional $2,000 based on state licensure.
• For full-time counselors, an annual salary range between $90,000 and $135,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
