• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs and treatment goals of patients entering the detox program.
• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide ongoing therapy sessions and interventions, monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation that meets regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all record-keeping.
• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and nursing staff, to coordinate care effectively for each patient.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to exchange insights and improve the quality of care provided.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues and recovery processes, empowering them with knowledge and resources for better self-management.
• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mental health treatment methodologies to improve patient outcomes continuously.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations impacted by various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in Virginia is essential for this role.
