• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed insights into clients’ mental health status, needs, strengths, and community resources.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that define specific therapeutic goals and interventions for each client.
• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
• Provide crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning during emergency situations.
• Maintain current documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and accurate record-keeping.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops that promote community support and resilience.

Our outpatient clinic serves a diverse population, focusing on individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will work with children, adolescents, adults, and families who are seeking support for issues ranging from mild emotional distress to severe mental health conditions. • An accredited Master's degree in Social Work.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of pertinent experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based therapy modalities and an understanding of their application.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and client assessment skills.

• Experience working with varied client demographics, particularly those experiencing trauma and PTSD.
• Background in conducting group therapy and leading psychoeducational programs.
• Knowledge of community resources and referral pathways in Virginia.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in addition to a sign-on bonus.
