• Conduct thorough assessments and clinical evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, subsequently formulating individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual, group, and family therapy, drawing from methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Coordinate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, facilitating a collaborative approach to client care and ensuring continuity throughout treatment.
• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate support strategies.
• Engage in proactive community outreach initiatives, contributing to educational programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy to foster trusting therapeutic relationships.
• Cultural competence to ensure effective working relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds and to address varying mental health challenges appropriately.
• Excellent organizational skills, enabling the accurate maintenance of client records and timely documentation.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a community mental health setting is preferred, providing a solid foundation for applying best practices in therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual engagement tools to facilitate remote therapy sessions effectively.
• Experience in crisis intervention and management, particularly within a community-based or outpatient setting.
