  • Coordinate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, facilitating a collaborative approach to client care and ensuring continuity throughout treatment.
  • Deliver crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate support strategies.
  • Engage in proactive community outreach initiatives, contributing to educational programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma.
Patient Population / Client Focus
