• Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly identify clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, using evidence-based methodologies to inform your practice.
• Develop and implement personalized service plans that detail objectives and the necessary interventions, routinely monitoring progress to ensure effective outcomes.
• Provide individual and family counseling sessions, employing therapeutic techniques to help clients work through their challenges and improve their emotional well-being.
• Collaborate closely with clients to connect them with relevant community resources, ensuring they receive needed support services.
• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans for clients facing imminent danger or severe distress.
• Work with local agencies and community organizations to coordinate services, advocating for clients to streamline their access to care and support.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about our services and addressing the broader social issues impacting our client population.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing training sessions to enhance collective effectiveness and your own professional development.

The LCSW will work directly with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing significant life challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, those experiencing mental health crises, struggling with substance use disorders, victims of domestic violence, and those coping with the impact of poverty and homelessness. Your role will be crucial in delivering tailored support, fostering trust, and empowering clients to advocate for themselves.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong understanding of social and economic justice issues, community resources, and trauma-informed care principles.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse populations.

• Prior experience in a social service agency or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated history of using evidence-based practices in counseling and case management.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery methods.
