• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately understand clients' concerns and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy rooted in evidence-based methodologies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while adapting techniques to cater to the unique needs of each client.

This role focuses on a diverse patient population consisting of individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; preference will be given to candidates with advanced degrees in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably within a community health setting.

• Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
