• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs, employing standardized tools and techniques as necessary.
• Develop and implement tailored short-term treatment plans that include individual counseling and evidence-based interventions suited to the client's goals.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops that focus on various topics such as anxiety management, coping skills, and personal development strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams consisting of healthcare professionals, support staff, and community organizations, enhancing overall client care.

The clientele served by Obiettivo Counseling spans a wide demographic, including individuals from various backgrounds experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and developmental issues. • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LCSW-R, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Experience with evidence-based practices relevant to mental health counseling, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• A deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by diverse populations within a community health setting.

• Previous experience in a hospital or community health center environment, providing therapy to adult and adolescent populations.
• Familiarity with digital therapy tools and telehealth platforms to adapt to remote counseling methodologies effectively.
