• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy plans.
• Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy utilizing multiple therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to deliver holistic care tailored to client needs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay abreast of best practices and mental health research developments.
• Engage actively with clients to create a supportive therapeutic relationship that encourages open and honest communication.

The LPCC will serve a diverse client base, comprising individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health resources. Our clinic is committed to providing services to those facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relational issues. The role is integral to helping these populations navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Washington State.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards governing therapeutic practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other digital health tools.

• Areas of specialization, such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, and substance misuse counseling, are highly desirable.
• Experience working in community mental health settings or with underrepresented populations is a plus.

• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
