• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental needs and to identify appropriate support strategies.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that all interventions are tailored to each child’s unique situation.
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team, making necessary adjustments to interventions in response to measurable progress.
• Engage with families to provide education, resources, and support that empower them to enhance their child’s development.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulatory compliance requirements, assuring the highest standard of care and ethical practice.
• Utilize evidence-based practices while implementing strategies aligned with the Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a nurturing and effective therapeutic environment.
• Guide families in developing joint plans that incorporate best practices to promote healthy development in children.
• Deliver EI support that is rooted in both coaching and effective use of natural environment teaching techniques.
• Ensure health and safety standards are upheld for all staff and clients served.

This role specifically focuses on children, from infancy through the age of three, who may experience developmental delays or disabilities. Our services cater to the most vulnerable populations, providing them with critical early intervention support that aims to hone their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. The collaboration with families is at the core of our approach, ensuring that each child's developmental journey is personalized and supported holistically.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Demonstrated capability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the individualized needs of children and their families.
• One year of relevant experience working directly with children in an early intervention capacity.
• Commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and a deep understanding of developmental milestones.
