• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately understand clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to deliver therapeutic interventions, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, such as trauma, relationship challenges, and emotional disturbances.
• Offer crisis intervention services when clients are in distress, ensuring their immediate safety and facilitating a pathway to recovery.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and community health workers, to provide comprehensive care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring accurate documentation of treatment progress and interventions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health counseling.

Your primary focus will be serving a diverse client base within the community, including individuals and families experiencing a spectrum of mental health challenges. Your expertise will help empower clients to improve their mental health and gain coping strategies for everyday situations.

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Proven experience in providing counseling services to clients of various backgrounds, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• A commitment to cultural competence and delivering inclusive care to diverse populations.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience providing remote therapy or telehealth services, with familiarity in using digital tools and platforms for counseling.
• Background in working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or families, particularly in a community mental health setting.
• Specialized training or certifications in evidence-based therapeutic techniques (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and licensure.
