Key Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and creating detailed treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis management strategies, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.
  • Documenting all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards and timely submission deadlines.
  • Utilizing evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to assess client needs effectively.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Participating in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the clinic’s standards of excellence.
  • Acting as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
  • Maintaining effective communication within the organization to meet contract standards and promote our mission throughout the community.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with various agencies and organizations to further promote our programs and develop potential partnerships and funding sources.
