Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while engaging in fulfilling daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the psychological and emotional needs of patients, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans based on best-practice solutions.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients navigate their journey toward recovery.
  • Document and maintain clinical records with meticulous attention to confidentiality standards, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring the security of patient data.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to discuss treatment plans, share insights, and optimize patient care.
  • Engage in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, fostering professional growth and improved therapeutic techniques within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • An active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.
