As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that encourage clients to share their stories and learn from one another.
• Providing personalized individual therapy to help clients explore their feelings and develop effective coping strategies.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to set and achieve meaningful goals.
• Conducting regular assessments to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Communicating with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Documenting client interactions and treatment progress using established electronic health record systems, focusing on accuracy and confidentiality.

Your primary focus will be on supporting young adults aged 18 to 30, a demographic often facing significant life transitions and mental health challenges. You will address issues such as anxiety, depression, and the stressors of emerging adulthood. Your role will not only involve therapy but also community outreach to involve families and stakeholders in the healing process, enhancing the support system around each client.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in mental health treatment, preferably with young adults.

While we value all relevant experience, preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Experience in telehealth and remote counseling techniques.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• A background in community outreach or program development aimed at young adults.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
