• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health status and emotional well-being of clients, utilizing a variety of assessment tools.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to foster healing and growth.
• Continuously monitor clients' progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans as required, and maintaining an adaptive therapeutic approach.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential client records in adherence with legal and ethical standards, ensuring trust and compliance.
• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources to provide holistic care.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling fostered client relationships built on trust.
