As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to create a work-life balance that fits your schedule from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. You will engage with clients in a virtual outpatient setting that prioritizes comfort and privacy, allowing you to focus on delivering impactful mental health interventions without geographical limitations. • Conduct one-on-one video-based therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based CBT techniques to address a variety of mental health challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments, progress tracking, and ongoing adjustments, ensuring efficacy in therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric professionals to foster a comprehensive approach to patient care, sharing insights to enhance overall treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) to document clinical information and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your expertise will be crucial in providing affirming support to clients from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, making it essential to adapt your approaches to meet their unique needs effectively. Comfort and experience with telehealth will enhance your ability to connect with clients virtually.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• An active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
• One year of post-licensure experience is required, alongside a minimum of two years of experience specifically utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy approaches preferred.

• Experience working with diverse and multifaceted client populations, demonstrating cultural competency in mental health practices.
• Familiarity with integrating digital tools and platforms into clinical practice for enhanced therapy delivery.
