• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to meet each client's specific needs.
• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans, ensuring alignment with established therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health specialists, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to create comprehensive intervention plans.
• Provide follow-up support and communication with clients' healthcare providers, ensuring continuity of care for those who may require hospitalization or additional services.
• Empower clients by identifying behaviors that interfere with recovery and equipping them with tools to enhance coping mechanisms and resilience.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will involve connecting with clients from various cultural backgrounds, ensuring that care is both sensitive and relevant to their specific experiences. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, you will guide clients toward healing and empowerment.

• A master's degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
