Guiding Light Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Mental Health Counselor, specifically licensed as an LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW, to join our telehealth team. This crucial role involves providing high-quality mental health care through structured Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methods. Work Environment

This is a fully remote position allowing for flexible scheduling from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Key Responsibilities
  • Engage clients in live video sessions using evidence-based therapy techniques to guide them towards achieving their personal and mental health goals.
  • Utilize a user-friendly Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to streamline documentation and treatment planning processes, ensuring timely and efficient record-keeping.
  • Participate in weekly consultation sessions with colleagues to discuss complex cases, share insights, and stay updated on best practices.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance the overall treatment plan of clients, promoting a holistic approach to mental health care.

Qualifications
