• Conduct initial assessments and continual evaluations of client mental health status, employing evidence-based methodologies to create tailored treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy as needed, utilizing culturally responsive practices.
• Regularly follow up with clients to monitor their progress and modify treatment approaches as necessary, enhancing their capacity to manage psychological symptoms.
• Refer clients to appropriate healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and other specialists, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health care.
• Document all interactions, treatment plans, and client progress meticulously using our EHR systems, ensuring adherence to privacy and confidentiality standards.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Pure Life Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your empathetic approach and expertise will directly contribute to fostering resilience and improving the quality of life for your clients, guiding them to achieve their personal goals and enhancing their overall well-being.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and contemporary, evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Proficiency in utilizing EHR systems and various digital communication tools for effective client management and documentation.

• Experience providing therapy to both individuals and groups with a focus on culturally informed practices.
• Strong proficiency in crisis intervention, with the capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds through excellent interpersonal skills.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
