• Conduct thorough assessments and mental health evaluations that accurately identify client needs, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s situation.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services using various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family therapy, to effectively address a broad range of mental health issues.
• Work closely with case managers and other professionals to facilitate coordinated, comprehensive care that considers both medical and psychological factors in client treatment.
• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, demonstrating your expertise and empathy in high-pressure situations.
• Engage in proactive community outreach and educational programming aimed at raising mental health awareness, breaking down stigma, and promoting preventive mental health practices.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and their families, fostering strong therapeutic alliances.
• Cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with diverse populations, ensuring that care is respectful and attuned to individual client needs.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation.

• Experience working in community mental health settings or similar environments that promote accessible care.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy methodologies, enabling effective client engagement in a digital space.
