• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using various evidence-based methodologies tailored to individual client needs, ensuring that effective interventions are utilized.
• Collaborate with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to provide virtual sessions for clients preferring online interactions or facing transportation and accessibility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment modalities in alignment with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, contributing to skill enhancement and staying informed about emerging practices in mental health treatment.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• Empathetic and compassionate demeanor, demonstrating a non-judgmental approach toward clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills necessary for managing a varying caseload and administrative work effectively.

• Previous experience in a community health setting or private practice preferred, allowing for immediate integration with the workflow.
• Experience with teletherapy practices and online counseling platforms is advantageous, facilitating a smooth transition into remote service delivery.

• Competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, dependent on caseload and relevant experience.
