You will engage in regular video conferences, case discussions, and team meetings to maintain seamless communication with colleagues. • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, using diagnostic tools and interviews to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment strategies that cater to clients' unique challenges, taking into consideration their cultural backgrounds and personal goals.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, applying methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices to promote healing and growth.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, encouraging their involvement in the recovery process and enhancing their understanding of mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated specialized training or significant experience in mental health counseling and therapy.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices relevant to diverse mental health disorders.
• Exceptional communication and counseling skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and motivate clients effectively.
• Strong teamwork capabilities that facilitate productive collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing mental health services, preferably in a community health setting.
• Experience with telehealth modalities and familiarity with digital tools for client engagement and therapy management.
• Background in working with specific populations, such as adolescents, families, or individuals dealing with trauma.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
