In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse demographic that includes children, adolescents, and adults experiencing trauma-related symptoms and mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Pennsylvania, with the ability to practice independently.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a primary therapist in a mental health setting or demonstrated functional experience in therapeutic relationships within other behavioral health care environments.

• Experience working with trauma-informed care methodologies and evidence-based treatment models.
• Prior experience managing complex cases within multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain clinical documentation and tracking.
