As a licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work primarily in a remote setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home or designated workspace. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients, followed by the formulation of personalized treatment plans that include short and long-term goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, incorporating various therapeutic modalities tailored to clients’ needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Deliver crisis intervention strategies during emergency situations, utilizing your training to provide immediate support to clients facing acute distress.
• Participate in community outreach programs to raise mental health awareness, including organizing workshops, public speaking events, and providing educational resources to improve community understanding of mental health issues.

You will be serving a diverse population, comprising individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will focus on fostering a therapeutic alliance that respects cultural sensitivities and promotes healing within these diverse communities.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build meaningful therapeutic relationships.
• Strong cultural competence, with the ability to effectively engage with clients from various backgrounds and experiences.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate documentation and manage a caseload efficiently.

• Experience in community mental health settings, particularly working in diverse cultural contexts.
• Certification or training in evidence-based practices relevant to mental health counseling.
• History of engagement in community outreach programs or public health initiatives.
