Life Assure Healthcare, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team servicing a detox center in Denver, Colorado. In this full-time role, the LCSW will work closely with clients facing major mental health challenges to provide essential support, counseling, and resources, enhancing their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy to clients with major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, adapting therapeutic techniques to fit individual client needs.
  • Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with clients, helping them feel safe and understood as they navigate their recovery process.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans for each client, ensuring access to necessary services and resources.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evidence-based screenings to evaluate client needs, documenting all findings accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Participate in team meetings that focus on improving treatment protocols and client outcomes, contributing your insights and learning from your peers.
  • Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support and stabilization to clients experiencing acute distress.
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment approaches when needed, ensuring effective outcomes aligned with each client’s personal goals.

  • Be available for on-call duties during and after program hours, as needed, to assist clients in crisis situations.
