Position Overview

Life Assure Healthcare, PLLC is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team. This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually and includes a hiring bonus. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their unique needs.
• Provide expert consultation in the development of crisis plans and behavior support strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, meeting all necessary regulatory and clinical standards.
• Employ evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical assessment process to inform your treatment strategies.
• Engage actively in the licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the maintenance of high standards of care.
• Foster relationships with state agencies and community partners to enhance care coordination and resource accessibility for clients.
• Lead initiatives that promote the mission and values of Life Assure Healthcare within the community.
• Participate in professional development activities including conferences, committee meetings, and workshops relevant to mental health counseling.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the evolving needs of the team and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied patient population, including individuals struggling with mental health issues, those in recovery from substance use disorders, clients with developmental disabilities, and individuals facing challenges due to acquired brain injuries. Your role is crucial in guiding them towards recovery and personal growth through tailored therapeutic practices.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health discipline is required.
• Possession of an independent LMHC license is essential to practice in the state of Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in community mental health settings and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Proven ability to engage with diverse populations and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by clients in community settings.
