Job Overview:

Pay Range: $44.50hr - $49.50hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, including supporting a team in a communications and administrative capacity.
  • Strong process-oriented skills and passion for learning, improving, and sharing best practices.
  • Confidence driving communications process and ensuring team organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate across departments and to all levels of the organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience working with press and in communications.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm and ability to keep a level head in even the most stressful situations.
  • Personal integrity that reflects core values and commitment to diversity and belonging.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as connective tissue between regional U.S. comms leads and communicating priorities internally to key stakeholders on other teams.
  • Develop internal and external written materials: press materials, story pitches, op-eds, messaging guidelines, Q&As, briefs, presentations, talking points, etc.
  • Identify opportunities to partner with the public policy team regarding new community policies that protect the business and strengthen the company’s reputation.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
