This position is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to work securely from your home while maintaining a consistent flow of patient care through digital platforms. As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing a variety of psychotherapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Conducting thorough diagnostic assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on clients’ specific situations and mental health conditions.
• Implementing and adjusting treatment strategies based on client feedback and progress, leveraging data-driven approaches to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Managing crisis situations with composure, offering immediate support and intervention as needed.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential records using an electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulations while minimizing administrative burdens.
• Collaborating with case managers and other healthcare professionals to facilitate a comprehensive approach to client mental health services.
• Providing weekly or biweekly follow-up sessions and encouraging continuous engagement and support in clients' healing journeys.

Our client population is diverse, comprising individuals with a variety of mental health challenges, including Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma, and grief. To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related disciplines.
• A valid Social Work License in accordance with State regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).
• Experience working with various psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with a broad spectrum of mental health disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• A strong history free of Medical Malpractice Claims validated by a Third Party.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Proficiency in telehealth delivery systems and remote communication technologies.
• A background in crisis management and experience in fast-paced clinical settings.
• Demonstrated ability to create evidence-based treatment plans and conduct comprehensive assessments.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
