• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health backgrounds and substance use history effectively.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs.
• Educate and support clients' families, fostering a collaborative recovery environment to enhance the treatment process.
• Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary treatment team members to ensure integrated and holistic care for all clients.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

At Bliss Medical Health Care Center, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including adolescents and young adults. All clients are pre-screened and present with low acuity, allowing you to focus on implementing effective therapeutic interventions without the additional pressures of high-risk cases. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active state licensure is a must, with qualifications as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions is essential.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and electronic health records (EHRs) is necessary for effective virtual therapy delivery.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are critical for documenting patient interactions and facilitating therapy sessions.

• Experience delivering telehealth therapy specifically to adolescents and young adults is preferred.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
