Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize strong clinical judgment to provide exceptional mental health care independently and collaboratively.
  • Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, providing immediate support to clients in distress.
  • Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and create tailored treatment plans that address each client’s unique challenges and goals.
  • Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) and remote communication tools to maintain accurate documentation and facilitate effective patient communication.
  • Exhibit a commitment to compassion and empathy, ensuring clients feel valued and understood throughout their treatment journey.
  • Participate in weekly or biweekly follow-ups with clients, utilizing a variety of therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic approaches.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily support adult clients facing mental health challenges such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, grief, and related emotional issues. Your expertise will be critical in helping individuals navigate their mental health journey with care and dignity.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
  • A valid mental health license as required by state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).
