• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, interpreting symptoms and gathering client histories to create individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate positive client outcomes.
• Lead psychoeducational support groups that address issues like depression, anxiety, and coping strategies, and promote community-building among participants.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists and other clinicians to ensure the continuity of care and address complex cases with a holistic perspective.
• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation skills and resources effectively.
• Educate clients about their mental health statuses and available community resources, advocating for their autonomy in treatment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and other legal standards, ensuring the highest level of ethics in practice.
• Engage in regular case consultations and participate actively in team meetings for continuous improvement and sharing of insights.
• Commit to ongoing professional growth by staying current with the latest research and methodologies in mental health treatment.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• A demonstrated ability to conduct mental health assessments and develop effective treatment strategies.
