• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans customized to meet the specific needs of your patients, using solution-focused strategies and evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring they are tailored for a remote setting.
• Maintain and manage accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards using our electronic health record systems.
• Engage in regular collaboration with our multidisciplinary treatment team through virtual meetings to enhance patient care through shared insights and expertise.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review sessions, utilizing video conferencing tools to improve service delivery and treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, effective treatment pathways, and available community resources, employing digital communication tools for effective outreach.
• Continuously engage in professional development by attending virtual seminars, workshops, and webinars, integrating the latest findings and methodologies into your practice.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of patients experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. You'll be tasked with developing rapport and trust with clients using remote communication, ensuring they feel supported and understood in their unique journeys toward recovery. Your adaptability to the remote therapeutic context will be crucial in meeting clients where they are.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution demonstrating foundational knowledge and skills necessary for clinical practice.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a therapeutic setting.
